My name is Dervil. Dreamer, believer and founder of iMentor. I'm so happy you are here and reading this!
iMentor is in a sense a physical representation of what I know to be true in my own life. That is, that the women in my life that surround me and support me are the strongest, most resilient, most determined and uplifting group of people that I have ever had the privilege of being around. That includes women from my own inner circle, to bosses I've had across my career, to women that sit alongside me in the workplace, right the way through to the women that I smile at in the gym in the morning when we're both puffy eyed and would rather be asleep. Speaking of sleep, there isn't enough time in the world for me to do justice to all the Mothers I have the privilege of knowing. You astound and amaze me every single day. All that I am, and all that I do, I owe to these women.
I want to bring that concept wider. Much, much wider. iMentor’s mission is to become the connecting platform for Mentors and Mentees looking to connect and share advice and ideas and lift each other up!
We are dedicated to building a community of men and women that are passionate about amplifying the voices of women in business.
I want to make crystal clear that this platform is not just for women. Yes it's about women, but the men in my life, and in the lives of the women in my inner circle are quite frankly pivotal to making sure women are supported and championed in every day life. We want you here and need you here.

We believe mentorship is for everyone that wants it, and we want to make it as easy, as seamless and as accessible as possible to as many people as possible!
