Hi there, I'm Dervil and I’m here to tell you about iMentor’s Mission!

I dream about iMentor becoming an interactive, informative and educational platform and shared space for women and men across all industries and businesses.

Our mission is to gather a virtual community of women and men from across all experiences, backgrounds, industries and sectors, who are interested in mentoring, and amplifying the voices of women in the workplace.

We believe that mentoring doesn’t have to be so formal. We want to make it as seamless, as accessible as beneficial as possible to as many people as possible!

We absolutely believe that there is a time and a place in one’s career for formal mentoring, just as much as there is a time and a place for informal, interactive mentoring. iMentor believes it can be the connecting bridge for both experiences.

We have book reviews and articles in our “journal & book review” section for you to digest and interact with. When you comment or interact, tell us what sector or area you work in and any problems or questions you're currently facing. You never know, we could have the perfect experienced mentor also interacting, that could give you the perspective you need!
