Hi there, I'm Dervil and I’m here to tell you the about iMentor’s Mission!

I dream about iMentor becoming an interactive, informative and educational platform and shared space for women and men across all industries and businesses. A place where people of all ages, experiences and backgrounds, who are interested in mentoring can come together, connect and collaborate.

Our mission is to gather together a virtual community of women and men from across all industries and sectors - to amplify and support the voices of women in the workplace by reflecting on shared experiences, giving or seeking advice, and most importantly, lifting one another up!

We believe that mentoring doesn’t have to be so formal - we want to make it as seamless and as accessible to all as it can possibly be! We absolutely believe that there is a time and a place in one’s career for formal mentoring, just as much as there is a time and a place for informal, interactive mentoring - we want to be the connecting bridge for both experiences and make access to mentoring as accessible, as seamless and as beneficial as possible to as many people as possible.

We have book reviews and articles in our “journal & book review” section for you to digest and interact with. When you comment or interact, tell us what sector or area you work in and any problems or questions you're currently facing. You never know, we could have the perfect experienced mentor also interacting, that could give you the perspective you need!
